Speed of West=x mph then east=x+10 , dist by west in 2 hours =2x , dist by east = 2(x+10) , since travelling in opposite direction u add , 2x+2(2x+10)=400 , 2x+2x+20=400 , 4x=380 , x=380/4 = 190/2 mph=95 mph
