Is there still such a thing as bad Language or is it just excepted as just filling words in sentences?

You may not quite get what i am saying here. But please think about it.. Nearly everywhere I go these day people are swearing in natural conversation. women and men equally seem to have master the flow of obscenities from their lips without batting a eyelid worrying if it offends others or not. TV cannot wait to get the swearing under way to the point where people tune in to certain programs just to hear the fowl mouth hosts swearing. children also now seem to have master swearing for what i hear in the street these days, so my point is if everyone is doing it quite openly then it cannot be seen as bad or can it what do you thing ps i have no hidden agenda here i don’t care if you swear or not this is purely a observation
