Is looking underage probable cause for an officer to step onto my porch cite me for underage drinking?

I live in West Virginia and the officer said he stopped and came to the porch because when he drove by I gave him, "A look like I killed someone" and I looked to young to be drinking. I received a ticket for underage consumption.
