Is it ok to hold 3-6 hour old guinea fowl chicks?

It is absolutely okay. Be very gentle, though, until they are about 5 days old. We handle ours as soon as they completely clear their shells. Then we handle them a lot as they grow - it makes them friendlier and easier to handle, train and herd later. We have about 70 Guinea fowl.
